Gulkand Aam Murabba

#new This is a delicious prepration from raw mango with dried rose petals.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 persons

Cooking time :

15 minutes.
500 grams

raw mango

400 grams

sugar

1 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut mango into 1" thick cubes.Heat a pan.Add mango pueces with 1 cup water.Boil and cook on low flame for 10 minutes or till mango is tender.

* Step 2

In another pan heat ghee,add cloves and add boiled mango.Saute for few minutes till mango is soft.Add sugar and dried rose leaves.

* Step 3

Cook on low flame for 3-4minutes.When the murabba appeares shiny in texture,put off the flame.

* Step 4

Gulkand mango murabba is ready to serve.Serve with puris /parathe.
