Muhallebic Pudding is an Arabian dessert,commonly served at the time of Iftar.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk in a pan,add sugar and cream.Cook on low flame.
* Step 2
Make a paste of cornflour by adding some water, add to milk. Stir continuously to avoid lumping. Cook on medium flame till thick.
* Step 3
Cool and pour into serving cups. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set the pudding.
* Step 4
Now heat another pan, add orange juice and cook on medium flame.
* Step 5
Make a paste of corn flour.Add to orange juice.Also add orange zest,sugar,orange food colour and orange essence.Stir and cook till thick.
* Step 6
After 1 hour take out white pudding bowls from the refrigerator. Pour orange pudding over white pudding in each bowl. Garnish with chopped pistachio. Cool and serve.
