Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings.

1/2 cup

almonds

1/2 cup

walnuts

1/2 cup

raisins

1/2 cup

cashewnuts

1/2 cup

pistachio

1/2 cup

paneer cubes

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

rose petals

2 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak dry fruits for 1 hour.Dry.Cut dry dates inti strips.Keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat ghee in a pan,fry coconut slices.Keep aside.Also fry paneer cubes lightly.Keep aside.

* Step 3

In the remaining ghee add dry fruits and fry for 2-3minutes on low flame.

* Step 4

Add sugar and fried coconut,mix and add 1/4cup water to melt sugar.Mix well,cook for 1 minute.

Add paneer cubes,mix gently.Also add rose petals.Mix.Cook till thich consistency.

Shufta is ready to serve,dish out and serve.
