Apple-Cinnamon Smoothie

milk

1 tbsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut apple into cubes,put into a blender.Add 1/2 cup milk.Blend to a smooth paste.

* Step 2

Add remaining milk,cinnamon powder and honey.

* Step 3

Blend again for 1 minute.Pour into serving glasses.Apple -cinnamon smoothie is ready to serve.
