Sattu Ke Parathe

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take wheat flour in a bowl,knead and make a soft dough.Rest for 5-7 minutes.
* Step 2
Take sattu in a bowl,add onion,coriander leaves,green chilli,ajwain achari masala,ginger and salt.Add some water and make a soft dough.
* Step 3
Divide wheat dough into 8-9 equall portions and so do for sattu.Flatten one ball of wheat flour with the help of fingers,stuff sattu filling,seal the edges and roll to a paratha.Prepare rest in same manner.
* Step 4
Heat a tawa.Put paratha on it,roast on one side for 1 minute.Flip and roast anothet side.Apply some oil and fry till golden.
* Step 5
Serve with red chilli pickle.
