Mumbai Tawa Pulao

Ingredient

2 cups

boiled rice

1 tablespoon

ginger- garlic paste

2 tablespoon

red chilli paste

1 teaspoon

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

black pepper

2 tablespoon

pav bhaji masala

1/2 cup

boiled peas

to taste

Salt

2 tablespoon

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a large tawa or a wok.Add butter,when warm add cumin seeds.When the seeds crackle add chopped onion and fry till golden.

* Step 2

Add ginger garlic paste and a little water.Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.Add chopped tomatoes.Stir and add red chilli paste and salt.Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

* Step 3

Add chopped capsicum,peas and potato.Mix well.

* Step 4

Add pao bhaji masala and pepper powder.Cook on low flame for 1 minutes.

* Step 5

Add cooked rice,mix well.Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.Mix well.

* Step 6

Mumbai tawa pulao is ready to serve.Serve with raita.
