Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat a pan,add olive oil and fry onion till translucent,add vegetables.Stir and add salt.Add a little water,cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 3
Warm kulchas on tawa,apply green chutney on 1 kulcha.Spread cooked vegetable on it.Add chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese.
* Step 4
Apply tomato ketchup on the lower side of another kulcha.cover the first one by second kulcha.
* Step 5
Heat a tawa add butter and put kulcha on it.Press with a spatula/palta.cook on medium flame for about 2 minutes.Flip the quesadilla,add butter and cook in same way.
* Step 6
Take out from tawa.Kulcha quesadilla is ready to serve.
