Spinach Frittata with green chutney

#quickbf #post3 #ebook #post7 Frittata is a Spanish omelette,which is made up of potatoes,cheese and some vegetables. Here i used a handsome amount of spinach along with other vegetables.This an ideal option for quick breakfast recipe.Let us have a look.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings.

Cooking time :

10 minutes.
1 tablespoon

carrot strips

1 tablespoon

tomato strips

1 teaspoon

grated cheese

1/2 cup

onion slices

1 tablespoon

cream

2 tablespoon

olive oil

1 teaspoon

chopped ginger

1 teaspoon

green onion

To taste

Salt

1 teaspoon

cumin powder

1 tablespoon

chopped onion

1 teaspoon

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a non stick pan,add olive oil and saute onion slices for 30 seconds.Arrange potato slices over onion,add salt and alittle water.Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

* Step 2

Now potatoes are tender.Add shredded spinach,carrot and tomato.cover and cook for 1 minute on low flame.

Meanwhile beat eggs,add cream,black pepper powder,salt and cheese.Whisk and pour over vegetables.cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

* Step 4

Meanwhile take all the ingredients of chutney in a grinding jar,add a little water and grind to a paste.Take out in a cup.Chutney is ready.

* Step 5

Now flip the frittata and further cook for 2-3 minutes on low medium flame till golden.Take out.Frittata is ready to serve.

Serve hot with green chutney.
