#nonv. #post 2. An unique recipe,here mutton is being tender with raw papaya paste and fried with rich spices to give a taste of kebab.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 servings.

Cooking time :

60 minutes.
3/4 cup

onion paste

1 table spoon

red chilli powder

1/2 tea spoon

turmeric powder

1 table spoon

garam masala powder

1 tea spoon

cumin powder

1 tea spoon

tea leaves paste

2 table spoon

ginger paste

1 table spoon

curd

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and drain mutton,take in a pan.Add ginger paste,tea leaves paste,salt,curd and mustard oil.Mix with hand.Leave for 30 minutes.

Now add other spices and onion paste.Mix thoroughly

Add papaya paste and mix well.Leave for10-15 minutes,depending on the quality of meat.Heat oil in a tawa,fry mutton on medium flame till golden brown.Fry mutto pieces in batches of 4-5 pieces.Serve with salad.
