Chana Dal Barfi
I use condenced milk for sweetness instead of sugar ,which gives my burfis beautiful texture.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash chana dal,soak for 10 minutes and cook in 1cup milk for 15 minutes on low flame.If required add some water.Grind to a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Heat ghee in a pan,add chanadal paste,add 1/2cup milk.Stir and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes till paste is thick.
* Step 3
Now add condenced milk,food colour,cardamom powder and 1/2 cup milk.Mix well and further cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
* Step 4
Add chopped dry fruits and stir well till ghee separates
* Step 5
Put a butter paper on a tray,transfer chana dal mix on tray and make 1" thick slab.Mark the shape with the help of a knife as shown in the picture.Apply dry fruits.
* Step 6
Refrigerate the tray for 1-2 hours.Cut burfis and serve.
