Ingredient

2-3servings.

Cooking time :

20 minutes.
1 cup

moong dal

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 tablespoon

dal masala

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak moong dal for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Take dal in a heavy bottomed vessel/pan.Add all ingredients and add 3-4 cups water.Cover and cook on low flame till soft.Adjust consistency.Take out in serving bowl and garnish with dal masala.Serve with roti.
