Besani saag

Adding besan gives extra taste to the saag. #greenveg #post6.

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

besan

1 tablespoon

mustard oil

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and boil all saag leaves for 6-7 minutes in 1/2cup water.Add salt.

* Step 2

Mash the saag.

* Step 3

Make a paste of besan in 1/2cup water.Add to mashed saag,mix and cook till thick.

* Step 4

Heat a pan,add mustard oil and heat till smoky.Add dried chillies,then add mashed saag.Mix well.

* Step 5

Serve with roti/rice.
