Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, 1 tbsp oil & 1 tsp salt, boil it, add raw vermicelli, cook it till 90% done, strain it, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. In goes green chilli & rai, let it splutter.
* Step 3
Add in both dals & peanuts, cook it for a minute. In goes curry leaves, cook it for 30 sec.
* Step 4
Now add onion,, stir fry it till a lil pink. Add in ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released.
* Step 5
In goes matar, carrot & bell peppers, also add salt, stir fry it for a minute. Add in haldi powder, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
* Step 6
Now add strained vermicelli, mix it well, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 7
Lower the flame, cook it covered for 2 minutes. Open the lid, add dhania patta, mix it well.
* Step 8
Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania sprig...
