Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add sooji & dahi, mix it well. Add very lil water, mix it again, rest it for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Open the lid, add some more water slowly slowly, mix it well. Make an idli type batter. In goes ginger paste & green chilli paste.
* Step 3
Now add oil, salt, sugar, baking soda, mix it well.
* Step 4
Add in dhania patta, mix it well.
* Step 5
Grease any baking tin with lil oil, transfer the batter to the tin, just pat it to make even, sprinkle red chilli powder.
* Step 6
Take a wok, add 3 cup water, boil it, put a stand in the middle, keep the filled tin over it very carefully, cover it.
* Step 7
Cook it on moderate flame until done. Insert a knife into the dhokla batter, if comes out clean, dhokla is done.
* Step 8
Turn off the flame, take out the tin after 10 minutes. Allow it to cool down. Take out in a dish, cut it into your desired shape, keep aside.
* Step 9
Now take a tadka pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. In goes hing & rai, let it splutter. Add green chilli & curry leaves, saute it for 30 sec. Add sugar & water, cook it for 10 sec, pour it over dhokla pcs.
* Step 10
Plate it, serve it with green chutney.
