Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash poha, soak in water for 2 minutes, strain it, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. In goes rai, let it splutter.
* Step 3
Add in onion & green chilli, stir fry it for a minute. In goes curry patta, saute it for a minute.
* Step 4
Add in ginger garlic, stir fry it until rawness is released.
* Step 5
In goes tomato puree, salt & haldi powder, mix it well. Cook it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 6
Add in veggies, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 7
Now add palak puree, mix it well, cook it for a minute.
* Step 8
In goes garam masala powder, mix it well. Now add strained poha, mix it well.
* Step 9
In goes dhania patta, stir fry it.
* Step 10
Sprinkle lil water, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.
* Step 11
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with roasted peanuts...
