Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Add zeera & crushed garlic, saute it until light brown.
* Step 2
In goes onion & green chilli, stir fry it until light brown.
* Step 3
Add bell pepper now, stir fry it for a minute. In goes tomato & salt, mix it well, cook it for a minute.
* Step 4
Add in ginger garlic paste, mix it well, cook it until rawness is released. In goes haldi powder, dhania powder & Kashmiri red chilli powder, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
* Step 5
Add in tomato puree & garam masala powder, mix it well.
* Step 6
Add lil water, mix it again, cook it covered on low flame for 2 minutes.
* Step 7
Open the lid, increase the flame, crack eggs one by one, make pits in the masala. Add eggs in the pits one by one very carefully.
* Step 8
Sprinkle salt & black pepper powder, cover it with the lid. Cook it on low flame until eggs r completely cooked.
* Step 9
Open the lid, add some chopped dhania patta, do not stir. Turn off the flame. Serve as it is.
* Step 10
Take out the eggs very carefully one by one while having breakfast, lunch or dinner....
