Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add besan, salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder.
* Step 2
Add water slowly slowly, whisk it, make a thin batter.
* Step 3
In goes onion, green chilli & dhania patta, mix it well. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Take a pan, add 1 tsp oil, heat it. Dip the slices in the batter, coat it nicely, place it on the pan.
* Step 5
Cook it both sides until light brown. Make all the toasts in the same manner. Take out in a dish. Cut diagonally.
* Step 6
Serve it with green chutney or sauce..
