Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of besan batter except oil, mix well. Add water slowly slowly, whisk it, make a lil thick batter.
* Step 2
In goes oil, whisk it again, keep aside.
* Step 3
Take another bowl, add mashed aloo, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, green chilli, onion & dhania patta. Mix well. Keep aside. You can saute it if you want.
* Step 4
Now take a clean dry dish, arrange the slices.
* Step 5
Fill 2 slices with aloo mash & spread chutney onto the other 2 slices.
* Step 6
Place the paneer slices over the chutney slices. Cover it with aloo slice, make a sandwich.
* Step 7
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
* Step 8
Dip the sandwich in the besan batter, coat it nicely. Drop in the hot oil. Cook it until light brown.
* Step 9
Take out in a dish, cut diagonally.
* Step 10
Plate it, serve it with sauce..
