This dish is a famous Kolkata Street Food..
I have been eating this since last so many years..
Basically we find this in front of very famous Vardaan Market situated in Camac Street..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash dal, soak in water overnight, strain it. Take a mixer jar, add dal, ginger & green chilli.
* Step 2
Now add kalonji seeds, grind it coarsely. Add very lil water if required.
* Step 3
Take out in a bowl, add salt, mix it thoroughly, keep aside.
* Step 4
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
* Step 5
Moderate the flame, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil, deep fry until crispy brown.
* Step 6
Take out in a serving bowl, sprinkle some chaat masala.
* Step 7
Have it with green chutney..
* Step 8
You can add.5 cup of chana dal soaked in water overnight with moong dal. All your choice..
