Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan, add makhana, dry roast it for 10 minutes so that extra moisture evaporates. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.
* Step 2
Now add 1 tbsp ghee in the same pan, heat it, fry kaju, badam & peanuts until light brown. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Add rest of the ghee in the same pan, heat it. Moderate the flame. Add green chilli & dhania patta, saute it for a minute.
* Step 4
Now add makhana, badam, kaju & peanuts one by one, stir fry it for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder & black pepper powder, stir fry it until makhana turn a lil brown.
* Step 6
Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl.
