Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan make hot both oil then add all seeds
* Step 2
After roasting one minute at very low flame add slowly all crushed nuts and again roast for 2 minutes then add crumble Jaggery and mix well until jaggery melted in all
* Step 3
Let it enjoy cuz hot mixture is much better to cure your all muscle and back pains
