Garam sonth or warm ginger spice sweet mixture

Whenever it's too cold always old parents have muscles and back pain issues so we used to make this to keep inside warm and healthy

Ingredient

2 pieces

jaggery

1 tablespoon

magaj or melon seeds

1 tablespoon

cashews

1 tablespoon

almond

1 tablespoon

pistachio

2 tablespoon

ghee

1 tablespoon

sesame seeds

1 tablespoon

sesame oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan make hot both oil then add all seeds

* Step 2

After roasting one minute at very low flame add slowly all crushed nuts and again roast for 2 minutes then add crumble Jaggery and mix well until jaggery melted in all

* Step 3

Let it enjoy cuz hot mixture is much better to cure your all muscle and back pains
