Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, salt & oil. Let it boil, add pasta now, cook it until 80% done. Turn off the flame, strain it. Place it under running water, keep aside.
* Step 2
For White Sauce.....a). Take a pan, add butter, melt it at low flame, do not let it become brown.
* Step 3
B). Add maida, mix it well, cook it till you get a roasted smell. Do not make it brown.
* Step 4
C). Now add milk slowly slowly, whisk it. Keep adding milk & whisking. Add cheese & nutmeg powder, mix well.
* Step 5
D). Now add all the other given ingredients one by one, mix it well, cook it until a lil thick. Keep aside.
* Step 6
In the mean time, take another pan, add oil, heat it. Add garlic, saute it until rawness is released.
* Step 7
Now add onion & carrot 🥕, saute it until soft. Add bell peppers, cook them until soft.
* Step 8
Now add pasta, stir fry it for a minute. Add this in the white sauce. In goes green chilli, give a nice stir.
* Step 9
Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta...
