Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Add green chilli & onion, stir fry it until light brown.
* Step 2
If u r using veggies, add now. Stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 3
Add Masala-e-magic powder, give a stir. Add 1 cup water, give a stir.
* Step 4
Add maggi now, mix it well.
* Step 5
In goes maggi masala & haldi powder, mix it well.
* Step 6
Cook it until dry. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.
* Step 7
Take 2 bread slices, spread some butter. Add maggi, sprinkle some besan bhujia.
* Step 8
Cover it with the other buttered slice.
* Step 9
Preheat the griller, brush some oil or butter over it. Place the sandwich. Brush some oil or butter onto the sandwich.
* Step 10
Cover the griller, cook it until light brown. Take out in a dish, cut diagonally.
* Step 11
Plate it in a serving dish, have it with green chutney & sauce.
* Step 12
