Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok, add ghee, heat it.
* Step 2
Lower the flame, add ata, stir fry it until light brown (you can make it darker if you want).
* Step 3
Add sugar now, mix it well.
* Step 4
Now add 1 cup water slowly slowly with one hand & keep stirring with another hand to avoid lumps.
* Step 5
In the mean time add elaichi powder & kewra water, keep stirring.
* Step 6
Cook it until halwa leaves the wall of the wok. Cover it for a minute.
* Step 7
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped nuts.
* Step 8
All cooking has been done on low flame.
