Aloo Bari Pulao
A classic dish quite popular in some parts of India..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take lil oil in a pan, fry Bari & aloo till light brown, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.
* Step 3
Add onion, stir fry it till light brown.
* Step 4
Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water also, sauté it for a while.
* Step 5
Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, again add lil water, mix it well, cook it till oil has oozed out.
* Step 6
Add salt, give a stir. Now add bari & aloo, stir it for a while.
* Step 7
Now add strained rice, stir fry it until rice grains are separated.
* Step 8
Add desi ghee, give a stir.
* Step 9
Add water accordingly (almost 3 cup), place the lid, give 1 whistle.
* Step 10
Lower the flame now, cook it for 5-10 minutes.
* Step 11
Switch off the flame now, allow it to depressurise.
* Step 12
Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
* Step 13
Have it with raita, chutney, papad, salad, achar & desi ghee.
