Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Strain dal. Take a mixer jar, add dal & hing, grind it to a fine paste. Add water if required.

* Step 2

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.

* Step 3

Mix all the ingredients into the moong dal paste, mix it well. Keep aside for a while.

* Step 4

Now take small portions of the mixture, drop in the hot oil. Lower the flame now.

* Step 5

Deep fry it till light brown, do not over cook it.

* Step 6

Now take out on absorbent paper so that extra oil is absorbed.

* Step 7

Plate it & serve it with some chutney or dip.
