Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl, add sooji & 1 cup water, let sooji absorb the water, keep aside.

* Step 2

Now take a mixing bowl, add aloo, mash it nicely.

* Step 3

Now add ata and all the given ingredients along with sooji.

* Step 4

Add water slowly, knead a not so soft dough. Cover it with the wet cloth, rest it for 10-15 minutes.

* Step 5

Now take a wok, add a good amount of oil for frying, heat it.

* Step 6

Take small portions of the dough, make smooth balls, roll it to make a Lil thick Kachori.

* Step 7

Deep fry it at moderate flame till golden brown.

* Step 8

Plate it on a serving dish, have it with any sabzi or chutney.
