Posto Murgi or Poppy Chicken
An exotic dish...can be used with any meal..
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
* Step 2
Add whole garam masala, sauté it for a sec.
* Step 3
Now add chicken, stir fry it till water evaporates.
* Step 4
Now add ginger garlic paste, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 5
Add onion paste, sprinkle some water, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 6
Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till pink.
* Step 7
Open the lid now add kaju posto paste & salt, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 8
Now add dhania powder & garam masala powder, stir it nicely.
* Step 9
Add dahi & fresh cream, mix it well, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 10
Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till oil separates.
* Step 11
Add kasoori methi, mix it well. Sprinkle some water, cover it again, gives dum for 7-10 minutes.
* Step 12
Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
* Step 13
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
* Step 14
Have it with Tandoori Roti or Nan.
* Step 15
For Kaju paste—- 10-12 kaju, 2 tbsp posto dana, 7-8 badam & 5-6 green chilli. Grind them together & make a fine paste.
