Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash soak matar dal for overnight /7-8 hours.
Then transfer to colonder and drain
* Step 2
Take 1/2 of matar dal in mixer grinder coaresly pulse it transfer in bowl keep aside.
* Step 3
Now take remaining matar dal add chopped green chilli add 2 spoon water and grind in smooth paste mix it with coaresly grinded mixter
* Step 4
Transfer this mixture in mixing bowl add chopped onion add chopped green coriander leaves red chilli powder salt turmericpowder
* Step 5
Mix everything together well keep aside.
Meanwhile heat up oil in pan once heated drop fritters with spoon.
deep fry them till golden and crispy.
* Step 6
Your easy tasty crunchy fritters are ready to serve.
Serve hot with any dip with tomato ketchup
