Kofte in spinach gravy
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the above ingredients(for kofte) and make kofte from it. Deep fry in hot oil at low flame till crisp golden brown.
* Step 2
Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and cook till pink. Then add the ginger garlic paste in it. Saute for another one minute. Add the tomatoes. Cook for some minutes. Add salt and garam masala. Add the pureed spinach, mix well.
Add the balls in it and serve with drizzle of cream
(cherry at the top for colour)
