Stir-fried Eggplants & chicken with soy sauce and ginger πŸ†πŸ”

On my way home, I got plenty of eggplants from the market close to my place. So I decided to cook them in the easiest way I could imagine. 😝 So easy to make.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4people

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 teaspoon

minced ginger

1 tbsp

soy sauce

1 tbsp

sugar

Pinch

Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut chicken into pieces and mix with salt and pepper.

Cut green peppers and eggplants.

* Step 3

Place flour on a plate and cover chicken with it.

* Step 4

Measure sugar, sake, soy sauce and mix well.

* Step 5

Put some oil on a pan and stir chicken.
Image step 5

* Step 6

When they become golden brown, add vegetables and stir well.

When vegetables become tender, add sauce mixed in step 4.

Stop hearing them and add ginger. Mix well and adjust taste as you like.
