Spicy paneer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First step would be to dry roast khade masale. 2 bay leaves, 3 cloves, 2 green cardamom, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp poppy seeds(khas khas).
Grind the dry roasted masale and keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Crackle jeera in it. Add 2 chopped onions in it. Saute till it turns golden.
* Step 3
Add ginger-garlic paste in it. Saute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook (for a rich gravy, tomato should be double the quantity of onions)
* Step 4
Add the grinded roasted masala, coriander powder, turmeric and salt as per taste..
* Step 5
Add water to maintain the consistency of the gravy. Now add paneer to the gravy. Give a good stir. Add chopped coriander.
* Step 6
Before serving, heat butter in another pan and add 2-3 dried red chillies and pour this tadka over paneer.
Enjoy with garma garam roti and jeera rice
