Butterscotch toffee sheera

Ingredient

1 cup

Suji

1 tbsp

Besan

3-3 tbsp

Ghee

2 cups

water

1/2 cup

sugar

2 tbsp

butter

1/2 cup

cream

Pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan. Start roasting suji in it. At the Same time add besan. Roast both of them together on low flame.

* Step 2

Add all the ingredients of toffee sauce together in a pan and let it cook and boil on a low flame. It will take 5-6 minutes to get the brown toffee sauce to form(it will thicken)

* Step 3

Meanwhile roast suji, when gets roasted, add 2 cups of water and prepared toffee sauce with continuous stirring so that no lumps form. When suji soaks up water completely, sheera is ready

* Step 4

Serve with drizzle of toffee sauce and sprinkles
