Kaikari biryani

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, pour a tsp oil. Add every ingredient of biryani masala, ginger and coconut and roast at low flame. When it gives a good smell, add a little water and grind it to a paste.

* Step 2

Blanch green peas, beans, gobhi.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. Add capsicum and carrots and saute for a minute. Add chopped tomato. Add the boiled veggies and mix well.

* Step 4

Add masala paste and cook for a while. Then add chopped coriander, mint leaves and chopped green chillies. Sprinkle salt.

* Step 5

Now add in the cooked rice and give a good mix. Serve hot the biryani with curd. (aise bhi kha saktein, it doesn't need any supplement😊)
