Spaghetti Clam/Mussels with Garlic and Chilli 白酒蒜辣海鮮意粉

Spaghetti

250 ml

White wine

8 cloves

minced Garlic

10 g

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare cooked spaghetti for use

* Step 2

Infuse garlic and shallots into the oil using low heat

* Step 3

Put clams/mussels into the pan and mix well using high heat

* Step 4

Add white wine and cook with lid on until the clams/mussels open partially

* Step 5

Throw away those clams/mussels which remain closed after cooking

* Step 6

Add cooked spaghetti and mix well

* Step 7

Add chilli sauce/powder, dried parsley, black pepper and butter, and mix well
