Rice flour

Salt

Eno powder

1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder

as needed

Water

2 tablespoon

Oil

1 teaspoon

Rai/mustard seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a large bowl add Besan,Rava,rice flour,salt, Spring Onion,carrot, green chili,red chilli powder,Haldi powder,and mix it well, add water for smooth batter just like idli batter, and rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

* Step 2

After 15 minutes add Eno powder and mix it well don't over mix, now heat up idli steamer pour the batter in idli stand and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.on mideum flame.check for doneness by inserting a toothpick.if it does not come out clean then keep again for a few minutes.when done remove the idli from the cooker don't over cook. remove and place it bowl

* Step 3

For Tadka : Heat up pan add oil when oil are heat add muster seeds curry leaves and green chili.saute for 3 to 4 minutes. now add Idli and cook for 2 minutes.Turn off the flame

* Step 4

Serve with Green Chutney

* Step 5
