Dahi wali lauki
Taste was super yumm .. and very easy to make this
Ingredient

3 to 4 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the lauki and cut into wedges. Remove seeds.
* Step 2
Now take a kadai add oil to fry.once oil are heated then fry Lauki. Fry to 2 to 3 minutes.lauki are soft.then remove the lauki into kadai.Now turn off flame.
* Step 3
Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil add Hing, cumin seeds,onion paste,green chili chopped, and mix it well.saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Now add to all dry ingredients red chilli powder,Garam masala,haldi powder, coriander powder. Saute for till oil separated.
* Step 5
Now high on flame add Curd and continues stir...Add 1/2 cup of water. Low flame and boil to masala.
* Step 6
Now add fry Lauki and salt.on medium flame Cover and 3 to 4 minutes.
* Step 8
Transfer the lauki in a bowl.add Coriander leaves
* Step 9
Serve with Roti, Paratha or rice.
* Step 10
