Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and peel potatoes and cut into pieces,And add Green chilli,salt,Mix it well and blend with water as required Smooth paste

* Step 2

Now transfer the better in a bowl add Suji or curd mix it well and rest for 15 to20 Minutes. And now add Eno powder.

* Step 3

Grease the idli stand and pour the better in it.

* Step 4

And Steamed for15 minutes.

* Step 5

Idli are ready to eat

* Step 6

Serve with Chunty or Tomato sauce.

* Step 7

Turn off flame.Let it cool

* Step 8
