Today I prepared strawberry banana muffin and shred it here to celebrate the cookpad entering its sixth year .
These strawberry banana muffins are packed with fresh strawberries and bananas . Which yields a delicious and moist and flavourful treat . Easy to make it .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 350•degrees F(177•c).
Place the oven centre of the oven. Line a 6 cup muffin pan with paper liners or lightly butter spray the muffin cups with a vegetable spray.
* Step 4
In a small saucepan melt the butter. Let cool to room temperature.
* Step 5
In a medium sized cup whisk together the eggs, vanilla and mashed banana. Add melted butter and stir to combine.
* Step 7
In another large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt. Gently fold in the strawberries making sure they are coated with flour.
* Step 8
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir only until the ingredients are just combined. Do not over mix the batter.
* Step 9
Take one scoop of batter to muffin pan lined with cup cake liners.
* Step 10
Bake for 15_20 mins.until the center of spring back when touched and center no longer appears wet.
* Step 11
Remove muffins from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Strawberry banana muffin is ready and eat enjoy.
