Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat eggs then add salt and pepper powder and add mayonnaise mix well.
* Step 2
Melt butter in a pan and add beaten eggs with bean sprout, chili, and coriander.
* Step 3
When the egg is set invert a large plate over the pan, slide the
partially cooked omlette onto the plate, and slide it back to the pan
to cook it from the other side. Add some more butter if needed.
* Step 4
After both, the sides are cooked. slide the omelet onto a plate
again, and cut it into slices.
