* Step 2

Keep a tawa on medium heat and pour the Ragi dosa batter on it. Spread its in circular motion and give the shape of a dosa.

* Step 3

Beat an egg in a bowl. Add salt to it now pour the egg mixture on the dosa and sprinkle pepper powder on the top.

* Step 4

Pour a few drops of oil around the dosa. Now flip the dosa and cook to the other side.

* Step 5

Once cooked from both sides. Egg dosa is ready to be served.

* Step 6

Serve Ragi egg dosa hot with sambar or chutney.
