Poricha padhiri is a special recipe from Amla at and can be easily made at home just few ingredients . Here is how to make pathiri at home .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water in a pan with salt. Into boiling water add the rice flour bit by bit and cook it till it turns into a dough.
* Step 2
Keep the mix closed for about 5 minutes and take the blender jar to add coconut, onion, and cumin seed, blend it crushed then add crushed ingredients into the dough and add chili flakes, sesame seed, and curry leaves mixed thoroughly before it turns cool.
* Step 3
Roll out the dough 1/2 cm thickness and cut out rings.
* Step 4
Heat oil when it is hot deep fry the pathiri. Remove from oil. Drain out excess oil then serve it hot pathiri with chicken curry or fish curry.
