Chicken white biriyani
This delightful Main Course recipe of White chicken Biryani can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-3People. No need to add spices into it .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice 2-3times in water to remove excess starch. Soak them for 20minutes. Washing them will also prevent them from becoming sticky while cooking. After 30 minutes, drain soaked rice.
* Step 2
Chopped veg set aside.Then wash chicken throughly and drain well.coconut and cashew put together into the blender make fine paste.
* Step 3
Heat oil and ghee into a pot add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, pandan leaves, and sauté for few seconds.
* Step 4
Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns light golden brown.
* Step 5
Then add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and sauté low flame for a minute. Then add chicken fry it well.next add curd and coconut and cashew paste
* Step 7
Then add water mix it well. You may need to add more or less water depending on the rice. Then add salt taste the water and check the salt. If needed add more.once the water comes to boil add rice and cook on a high flame for 5 minutes.Then cook on a very low flame until the rice is done.
* Step 8
Transfer white chicken biriyani to a serving bowl or plate. Garnish with raisin s and cashew s, coriander leaf.serve white chicken biriyani with raita.
