Nuts and dried fruits are healthful foods because of their nutrient profiles. They provide dietary fiber, potassium (K) and a variety of health protective bioactive compounds. Nuts also are a source of protein and monounsaturated (MUFA) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA).so today I am made nut and dry fruit balls.they only take a few minutes to make and there are a lot of combinations to try with all the healthy ingredients.

Brown fruit bites:Take almond and soak them into hot water for 5 minutes and remove the skin. Then drain the excess of water and fry it on the pan low flame. Take the food processor add almond,figs. Process until it fine and sticky.Add 1tbsp of cocoa powder and pulse to mix.
Make balls out of the dough.

Green fruit bites:Take almond soak them into hot water for about 5minutes and remove the skin. Then drain the excess of water and fry it in the pan low flame.Take the food processor add pistachio and dates.process until fine sticky.Then make balls out of the dough.
