Goan fish curry

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt.

Take oil in a pan.Fry the marinated fish and keep aside.

* Step 3

Put all the ingredients of the Goan paste into a blender and blend into a smooth paste. Add little water if required.

Now in a pan put the Goan paste.

Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil covered with a lid.

Now add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp thick tamarind pulp and stir well.

Now add the fried fish pieces, slit green chillies and simmer for 2 minutes.

Once the fish is cooked,remove from the stove and serve with steamed white rice.
