Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a kadai and place the cauliflower florets. Add in the diced potato.Now drizzle mustard oil over it.

Add the chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle the turmeric powder and salt.Cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes until everything is well combined.

Remove from stove and serve hot with steamed white rice.
