Chicken Lachha Pakora

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.Again cut the s,ices into thin strips like matchsticks.
* Step 2
In a bowl add the thin slices of potatoes,red chilli powder,flour,black pepper powder garlic powder, salt, bean and water. Mix well and keep aside.
* Step 3
In another bowladd the chicken mince,chopped green chillies, chopped onion,coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder, cumin powder,red chilli powder.Mix well and set aside.
* Step 4
Place a little portion of the potato mixture on a plate.Now take a little portion of the chicken mince,shape into a ball and place it on the potato mixture.Againtake a small portion of the potato mixture and cover the chicken mince ball with it.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry on low medium flameuntil light golden in colour.Take off the flame and serve hot with ketchup.
