Pita bread with chicken mince filling, tomato salsa & yogurt dip

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make the Pita bread,mix instant yeast,brown sugar in lukewarm water and let it rest for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Now add whole wheat flourmrefined flour,saltmolive oil and the yeast mixture Ina bowl.Add lukewarm water gradually to the mixture and form a dough.Grease the dough with olive oil. Cover and let it rest for 45 minutes or until double in size.
* Step 3
After 45 minutes,knead the dough again and make small balls out of the dough.
Heat a tawa or a pan and cook the pita on both sides on low flame.
Alternatively,you can bake the pita on a baking tray at a pre heated oven at 230 degrees for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
For the mince filling, heat olive oil in a pan.Add onion,ginger garlic paste, green chillies, chicken mince and mix well.Add crushedblack pepper,salt and cook till the mince changes color and it is done.Add fresh coriander and set aside.
* Step 5
For the tomato salsa,add tomatoes,onion,fresh coriander,cumin seeds,crushed black pepper,green chillies, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and set aside.
* Step 6
For the yogurt dip,add yogurt,crushed black pepper,garlic,green chillies,fresh coriander,salt and whisk well.
* Step 7
For the final plating,cut the pita bread in half from the centre and stuff it with the prepared chicken mince filling. Serve with tomato salsa and yogurt dip.
