Kuch bhi / kuch b / Crispy honey chilli potatoes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
* Step 2
Toast fries in that (fully coated from all side) Put in freezer for minimum 30 minutes
In the same dry ingredients add mustard sauce and water n make a batter.set aside
* Step 3
Prepared sauce: Heat oil, sauté garlic when it’s translucent add all sauce except honey, mix it well. Lastly add honey, simmer couple of seconds. Turn off the flame set aside
* Step 4
In another pan heat oil, dip fries in batter and deep fry until golden and crispy.
* Step 5
When all fries aur ready put in prepared sauce. Toast it until fully covered. Lastly add sesame seeds and spring onion before serving.
