Mango Mousse Cake

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 -6 Servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes + overnight in refrigerator
4-6 tbsp

Melted butter

400 gm

Cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crumb biscuits with melted butter in processor

* Step 2

Spread this mixture in your spring foam pan, rest in refrigerator for couple of minutes

* Step 3

Dissolve 2 tbsp gelatine in 1/4 cup of warm water

* Step 4

Beat cream & condensed milk with mango purée, lastly add dissolved gelatine & mix it well

* Step 5

Add this cream layered on top of crumb layer. Rest in refrigerator for couple of hours

* Step 6

In 1/2 cup of mango purée, add 1 tsp of gelati ne and cook for couple of minutes, spread this mixture on top of cream layered. Rest in refrigerator overnight

* Step 7

Decorat as you wish. Serve chilled
